RISE Community Art started in late 2019 as an e-commerce marketplace for Indigenous artists in remote Australia to showcase and sell their art. The launch of RISE Community art website was announced by The Hon Ken Wyatt, Minister for Indigenous Australians.
RISE stands for Remote Indigenous Sustainable Enterprises.
Supporting artists not only creates opportunity for the individuals but also generates revenue back to the community and this is something RISE has always been proud of.
